A Little About Me!

Hi there — I’m a Product Manager, AI enthusiast, part-time traveler, full-time parent, and someone who genuinely loves finding the magic where technology meets people.

By day, I work at the intersection of AI, NLP, and product strategy, leading the development of scalable solutions that power SaaS platforms in healthcare, transit, and financial services. Currently, I’m part of the Core Platforms team at Trapeze Group, where I lead the delivery of NLP-powered tools that make booking, scheduling and dispatching smarter, payments smoother, and platforms more intuitive. Before this, I worked with teams at Vendasta, Pollard Banknote, Wawanesa and AIG, helping launch and scale features that are used by millions every day.

But there’s more to my story than strategy , roadmaps and LLMs.

I live in Calgary, surrounded by the calm and inspiration of the mountains — a place I chose not just for its beauty, but for the sense of balance it brings to my life. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to over 100 cities and towns around the world, and while I love exploring new places, these days you’ll more often find me enjoying quieter adventures with my young toddler, who keeps me on my toes and constantly rediscovering the world through fresh eyes.

When I’m not immersed in AI product strategy or parenting, I’m usually:

  • Cooking something new with my wife (especially if it involves spices or slow-cooking)
  • Catching up on cricket (especially if it’s a nail-biter)
  • Watching a good movie — yes, I still love going to the theatre
  • Or tinkering with side projects that let me stay close to design, data, and sometimes a bit of code

Over the years, I’ve learned that great products aren’t just built on data and features — they’re built on empathy, storytelling, and curiosity. That philosophy shapes how I lead teams, connect with users, and think about the future of AI.

Thanks for stopping by. Whether you’re here to talk about product strategy, NLP, parenting, or travel — I’m always open to a good conversation.
